OUR TIMELINE
Comprehensive and agile solutions
In 2004, the new company grew exponentially after completing complex projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Department of State, International Donor Agencies, and others. VICC quickly developed the reputation of one of Afghanistan’s most reliable and professional contractors. Under his leadership, VICC expanded into new markets and opened offices in Dubai and Istanbul. VICC also became a leading provider of logistics, trading, development, and real estate services.

Meet our Leadership Team
Mr. Rahimullah
FOUNDER
Mr. Rahimullah has been in the construction, logistics and supply chain management business for the last 30 years. He started Imtiaz Construction Company back in 1993 in Afghanistan. He founded VICC International as a vehicle to pursue U.S. government contracts for international projects.
Adam Tiffen
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
He holds a Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School and a B.S. in International Business from the Thomas Jefferson University. He is a versatile senior executive and attorney with over a decade of experience operating in frontier and emerging markets.
Masih Imtiaz
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Masih Imtiaz is the Director of Business Operations. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Skyline University. He has extensive experience in business development and project management.
Ajmal Imtiaz
DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ajmal Imtiaz is the Director of Project Management. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Balkh and has focused on civil engineering and construction project management for the last decade
