VICC has extensive experience in the development, construction and management of camps in austere environments. These include centers for emergency response medical personnel as well as oil & gas facilities. We also have experience building, supplying, staffing and operating camps to meet emergent humanitarian needs due to a natural disaster or conflict. VICC has the capacity to sustain mission capabilities and enhance work force productivity, as well as providing the necessary infrastructure and personnel to support base operations. Infrastructure support includes utility systems operations; installation equipment maintenance; engineering services including fire protection, security protection, custodial and trash services, transportation and motor pool operations. Personnel support includes food and housing services; personal services and programs; personnel management; and morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) services to support quality of life.
