About the Projects

VICC International is proud to have played a significant role as a subcontractor in the design and construction of an 11-building life support area at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. This project was part of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP), reflecting our capability to deliver high-quality infrastructure under demanding conditions. Our team brought its expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) to ensure the successful completion of this critical project. The life support area includes essential facilities designed to enhance the operational readiness and quality of life for personnel stationed at the base.
