VICC, as prime contractor for the World Bank Group, constructed a new, turnkey blast resistant facility, on a 5,500 m2 site. The facility is composed of an office building and auxiliary buildings and an anti–climb, anti‐ram and blast resistant perimeter fence wall (approximately 300 linear meters. The facility was the first in Afghanistan to receive a LEED Gold Certified Rating.
