11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association, by a single arbitrator.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are not permitted.

Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This provision survives termination of these Terms.

12. Termination

VICC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Virginia.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VICC regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.

15. Changes to These Terms

VICC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Site and will supersede prior versions. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
